How the scores work
Homeowners rate their experiences from 1 to 5. Each category shows its own contributing sample. Skipped answers do not count as zero, and submitting a survey does not automatically make it eligible for public scores. Community profiles explain the review rules and any Community Pulse score separately.
Scores based on only a handful of answers are labelled as such, because a few answers can’t stand in for a whole neighborhood.
