How the scores work
Residents rate each part of living there from 1 to 5. A community score is the average of those answers, shown alongside how many people answered and when the answers were collected. If someone can’t speak to a question, they skip it, so each category has its own count.
Scores based on only a handful of answers are labelled as such, because a few answers can’t stand in for a whole neighborhood.
