Data use and contributions

Supabase is BuilderStudy's authoritative product database. GHL holds a limited CRM projection and delivery-related state. Historical Google Sheets remain separate historical records unless they are deliberately reviewed and imported with provenance.

Public community information

Public pages show published community information, source links and qualifying aggregate intelligence. Map locations identify communities, never a homeowner's submitted address. Following a community does not prove residence.

Private contribution information

Account details, survey answers, property context and uploaded evidence are protected separately from public aggregate pages. Authorized internal reviewers can examine the information needed for review. Your account can display your own contribution before it qualifies for public intelligence.

Contribution/publication choices and notification preferences are separate. Completing a survey is not permission to send marketing messages. Our Privacy Policy describes retention, service providers and request handling.

Contribution expectations

Describe your own experience accurately. Distinguish observation from opinion. Avoid submitting someone else's personal contact details, private documents or sensitive information unnecessarily. Do not submit fabricated experiences, threats or repeated responses intended to manipulate a score. A negative experience alone is not a reason to reject a review.

Corrections and account requests

Use Help and requests to report a factual correction, account problem, inappropriate contribution or data request. Include a public community link when relevant; do not email passwords or identity documents. Requests are reviewed by BuilderStudy through our support contact.
